Triathalon: .25 mile Swim, 16 mile Bike, and 3 mile Run
The event is a .25 mile swim, 16 mile bike and 3 mile run. We send out the participants in waves of 20 every 2 minutes. The waves are divided into ability level. We start with elite racers (usually under 30). Then we have multiple waves of experienced participants, beginner participants and we end with a wave of Relay Teams. The waves are sorted by sign-up date.
